"I Made Sure That My Camera, Aka My Lethal Weapon Was Ready For Him!"It was drizzling a bit as "Lethal Weapon" star Danny Glover exited from one of the side doors of the Mandarin Hotel after attending an event @ the Frederick P. Rose Hall. He was cool; he took photos w/ whoever asked and signed for me. Right after that, "The Royal Tenenbaums" actor got in his car and took off. Wish I had more time to speak to him, but I didn't want to hold him up. Maybe next time...

"Katie Makes A Stop @ The Mandarin!"As I was waiting for a few actors to finish their event @ Frederick Rose Hall inside the Time Warner Mall across the street from Columbus Circle, journalist Katie Couric came exiting the Mandarin Hotel nearby. She looked like she was in a rush, so, I snapped one of her as she was heading to her Navigator. Looks like she got a haircut, also. I like long hair; why'd you have to do that...?!

"Finally Getting Peggy Bundy!"After many years, I finally got Ms. Katey Sagal, aka "Married...w/ Children's" Peggy Bundy! Her Navigator dropped her off @ the 49th Street entrance of 30 Rockefeller Plaza and after taking pics w/ a few girls there, she went on her way inside to her scheduled appearance @ the "Late Night w/ Jimmy Fallon" show. Around 6:45pm, the "8 Simple Rules" actress made her way outside to where her Navigator was waiting for her - @ the 50th Street entrance this time. As she was signing for fans, I asked her if she's spoken to Christina Applegate, which was her daughter, Kelly Bundy lately. "No, I haven't," she responded.
"Aren't you happy she beat breast cancer?" I asked Katey.
"Oh yeah!" she answered.
That's great. Well, the California-born redhead shook my hand w/ both her hands before taking off. Sweet lady; she has a nice signature, also!

"This Gangsta's In Paradise!"Shortly after "The Hills'" Heidi and Spencer Pratt left their unexpected visit to NBC, I saw a Navigator pull up. I thought it was actress Anna Torv, who was supposed to be on the "Late Night w/ Jimmy Fallon" show. Instead, it was rapper / actor Coolio for some reason! I'm not sure if he has a show on NBC, but he was more than happy to pose for my camera as he was arriving. He shook my hand also before going through the revolving door. Wow, last time I saw the West Coast native @ the Ritz-Carlton hotel last year, we had quite a conversation, but I didn't wanna bring that up to him @ the moment; I was on the lookout for the "Mad Men" actress. I'm sure I'll see him soon!

"Heidi And Spencer Stop By Nbc And Shop A Bit!"Minutes after I saw them leaving MTV, when I came to Rockefeller Center, where NBC Studios is located to get actress Anna Torv and singer Tim McGraw. I saw Heidi and Spencer Pratt once again! I was wondering what they was doing there, but I told them it was great seeing them again. When I asked the infamous couple how does it feel being married, they said: "Oh it's awesome!" or something like that.
Right after they exited the building through the 49th Street exit, they decided to go into one of the shops to shop. They're very cool - or are they just trying to get popularity over Lauren / LC? Ah, I chose not to mention her to them; anybody knows that!

"This Surprise Had The Girls Living Like They Were Dying!"I was waiting for Tyra Banks, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag to leave MTV Studios after their scheduled appearances on "It's On w/ Alexa Chung" when an additional Navigator pulled up in front of Tyra's. Out came the eighth American Idol winner, Kris Allen. The girls went crazy and surrounded him! He stayed cool and took photos w/ them and signed. The photographers waiting for the announced guests took advantage of their bonus and snapped away, but after looking for a few seconds, Kris walked right past the paparazzi w/o fear. He's cool, but knows when to draw the line, I guess. He was probably pre-taping his scheduled appearance on the Alexa Chung Show set for later this week, b/c it would probably be packed for him had he done the show live! As you saw, the few girls that were there showed no mercy!

"She's Stunning - And Nice For Someone Who's An Fbi Agent (on TV)!"Around 6:45pm, actress Anna Torv made her way out of NBC Studios after finishing her appearance on the "Late Night w/ Jimmy Fallon" show. The Australian beauty was as nice as she looks; she signed for just about everybody, including myself, but didn't have time for photos w/ people. I noticed her Australian accent when she had a few words w/ fans and her assistants and she looked excellent w/ her lipstick and long, blond hair. I bet the "Fringe" star looks just as good w/o makeup. Who knows if she'll become the next Nicole Kidman - only nicer of a person! Ah, they're both Australian and they kinda look alike after taking a good look; whatcha think?

"This Girl Just Wants To Have Fun - Signing!"Somewhere between 5:15 - 5:30pm, legendary singer Cyndi Lauper made her way out of the Ed Sullivan Theatre, where she made an appearance on the "Late Show w/ David Letterman." She posed for the paparazzi for a bit, then took her time signing for us fans. Since she was bestfriends w/ the late WWE wrestler Captain Lou Albano, I asked her if she misses him. I'm not sure if she responded to that, but one guy I usually see when I go for photos and signatures said that he was one of his favorites. Next, I asked the old-school songbird if she enjoyed her time on Broadway (the Threepenny Opera). She told me it was cool, or something like that. That was where I first saw her three years ago! Anyway, not too long before she finished signing, since she's from the Queens borough of New York City, I told her: "Next time I go to Queens, I'll be thinking of you!"
"That's right; Ozone Park!" she responded.
"Yep; Rockaway Blvd., the "A" train!" I continued.
I'm quite familiar w/ that area. Oh yeah, one guy told Cyndi that he's single. "Well I'm not," she said.
Oh well... After signing for a nice amount of time - and I believe she signed for everyone, we thanked Ms. Lauper, although she said she didn't have time for photos w/ peeps. It looks like '80s pop music phenomenon is starting to look more her age. She looks great for a '53 baby, making her 56 today, but when I saw her those three years ago, I swear she looked like she was in her 30s or 40s. Anyway, Cyndi will always be a classic - and a class act!

"Speidi Make Their Way Out Of Mtv!"Not too long after model Tyra Banks left MTV Studios after her appearance on the "It's On w/ Alexa Chung" show, "The Hills" stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, who was also on the show made their way out of the front of the building. They were very cool; they took their time in posing and signing and yet, they were more than happy to sign my photo I took w/ them when they were @ Letterman two years ago, esp. Spencer. "Oh I gotta sign that; those were the Letterman days!" I believe he said.
I caught a shot of Heidi signing w/ my purple marker, now making her one of the few celebs that held that marker alongside the Kardashians, to name a few. As their car was pulling off, I saw Heidi through the window and gave her the peace sign. She rolled down her window a bit and waved. Wow, she rolled down her window just to do that for me; not too many stars would do that!

"Tyra Hasn'T Really Changed All That Much, Aside Taking Off A Few Pounds"Shortly before 3pm, I arrived @ the back entrance of MTV Studios knowing that model and talk show host Tyra Banks was scheduled to be on the show "It's On w/ Alexa Chung." Well, the 5-foot-10 1/2 supermodel's car was there when I arrived; she just didn't get out until minutes later. She just waved to everyone as she was entering the building. As the California-born beauty was leaving shortly before 4pm, she signed for a few, then went in the car. Someone was about to take a pic w/ her, but Ms. Banks turned away. Yep, she usually doesn't take photos w/ anybody. I have to admit, she did take off a few pounds since I last saw her in May 2006.
