Blake Lively arrived to the 10th annual NYWIFT's Designing Women awards and totally bypassed the paparazzi at first. When asked why she wouldn't get her photo taken, she'd allegedly forget to write her speech, which she'd be giving later that night. Oops. She hid away in the "green room" for a while and finally emerged after much pressure to put the pen and paper down and get her photo taken. She was all smiles, ling enough for the cameras to snap her photo - refusing to ever take off her coat. Sounds like someone was VERY unprepared for the evening. Blake said very little to anyone around her and headed back to finish her speech.
