The pseudo celeb known as Phoebe Price, whom is ALWAYS popping up at random events and is permanently on display at the Grove, once again tried to desperately to gain the attention of camera men. She akwardly struggled to lift her dress and obtain a "sexy" pose. She was then seen exchanging numbers and email addresses with a few of the paparazzi. Perhaps she wishes to befriend them so she can have a personal on-call photographer for those impulsive need-to-pimp herself moments. Does anyone know exactly WHY this woman is known at all?
