Jaime Pressly was quite perturbed with the valet company that parked her car while she visited a popular celebrity owned restaurant in Hollywood Monday evening.
Her complaint was that she had paid extra so that they would park her car close by so she didn't have to wait long to pick it up but now her car was far away and she had to wait.
After her complaint, the valet manager returned the extra money she paid back to her but she was still irritated that she had to wait long for her car and rightly so because during this whole event, the paparazzi were snapping her up.
Jaime was very cool about it though and handled it with good old fashioned sarcasm. She told the valet that when she first pulled up, there was an empty space where they could have put her car but now, there is a white volkswagon Jetta there instead. "Why is there a white Jetta there now?" she asked. "Did you just happen to like this car better than mine?" Everyone standing around laughed.
After Jaime left, one patron who was standing quietly waiting for her car during the reprimand, admitted that the white Jetta was hers! Everyone laughed again.
I think some people might consider a whining high maintenance celeb who expects preferential treatment but I think her complaint was justified in that she paid extra for a service she desired but did not get it. The money wasn't the issue.
