Miley's pal, Mitchel was at Wal-Mart today in Long Beach promoting his debut album. He signed every single cd(whether it was purchased at this store or not) and stopped to chat, hug and take photos with fans. He spent approximately 3-5 intimate minutes with every single fan in line, devoting his full attention to them and making conversation.
Prior to the signing, Mitchel's mommy came out to take a peek at the line. She was pleasantly surprised to see so many people, many with homemade t-shirts professing their love for the latest Radio Disney pop-star. She reminded young girls to thank their parents for bringing them, as she thanked them for coming. After seeing the fan reaction at yesterday's performance and the turn out at today's signing it's safe to assume that Miley will be joined in the ranks of super stardom by a co-star.
cheermom1124 - I saw him in concert in Irvine last fall and my kids weren't too impressed...was he much better at the concert last weekend at Walmart? I didn't even know about this concert until after the face and we live sooo close...oh well my kids were not very thrilled about him anyways:)
starz247 - He was ok, better than I expected. Secretly, we were there to see Miley though. It was announced that she'd be there. My kids like Hannah Montana, so they were happy to see him, but don't think they cared much, musically.
To be fair though, my kids weren't too impressed with the Jonas Brothers when they first met them. After buyng their cd and meeting them a few more times though, my youngest son is now a HUGE fan!
