Former Van Halen front man Sammy Hagar was on hand for a ribbon cutting ceremony at his own restaurant 'Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill' in the McCarran International Airport this week.
There was a private party held inside as people came out to enjoy the new beach themed restaurant that includes various memorabilia from the Red Rocker himself.
Sammy was very friendly talking to all the people, taking pictures, and signing autographs.
Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill also has locations in Missouri and Hawaii.

JamieMarie - Sammy is part of a new group, Chickenfoot (they're on Facebook). The group is comprised of Sammy, Joe Satriani, Michael Anthony (Van Halen) and Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers). They've just released a new album which is available on Amazon thru 6-8-09 as a digital download for $3.99. It's actually quite good. Sammy's not over the hill just yet.
