Last night at the Universal City Walk, The Jon Lovitz Comedy Club opened and drew a handful of celebrities for the launch.
Daryl Hannah was the biggest star of the night and she was joined by Jonathan Silverman, Jennifer Finnegan, Dana Carvey, Natassia Malthe, and Ed O'Neil (a.k.a. Al Bundy).
Although the security was tight, the ALWAYS nice Daryl signed autographs for fans despite her apparent illness.
Daryl was in a rush when she arrived for the event, but promised on her way out she would accommodate her fans.
When she stepped out of the club, she admitted she was going to try and sign quick, as she wasn't feeling well and wanted to get home to rest.
As she told her fans, "I have a cold, so I want to try and get out of here", her sidekick next to her said, "yeah, watch out, she has swine flu!" Everyone gave a sarcastic little chuckle, but knew she must have been kidding.
Daryl responded, "Oh no don't worry, I don't think I have that!" THANK GOD!
Although Daryl doesn't seem to be keeping up with the entertainment scene lately -- she sure is doing her part to stay green. Notice the soda tab purse!
I have actually seen those in stores, and when you buy one the proceeds go to some sort of charity or green fund.
Sick or not Daryl -- we still love you, especially since you are doing your part to save the world!

claim2fame - That's pretty cool of her, considering that purse is pretty unfashionable it's cool that she doesn't need some big name brand purse to show off and cares more about the environment.
