Singer/songwriter/model Ciara appeared in Hollywood to put on a FREE mini concert in Hollywood sponsored by a talk show.
Her fans arrived hours before the concert and eagerly waited to meet Ciara in person after the concert was over in the evening.
The waiting crowd cheered when Ciara reappeared wearing a sexy blue dress, and fully expecting her to come over. But as it turned out, she was not dressed for her fans.
Instead, Ciara stopped far away from the crowd, hiding behind the steel door leading to the parking lot.
She made a brief announcement that she had to go to the Maxim Magazine Hot 100 party and did not have time to stop by but she appreciated all the support.
After paying the "lip service," she left in a hurry. To sum it up, Ciara just dissed her fans while wearing a big smile.
Bewildered fans began to ask where the party was perhaps they thought about following her there.
Why bother asking? It's obvious they weren't invited.

HawaiiEye59 - How can you say she "DISSED" her fans? The woman puts on a FREE concert, and than comes out to say she is going some place else. By coming out and making her announcement (going someone else), she acknowledged her fans.
Why do so many of you all think that a celebrity has to MAKE or TAKE time for pictures and autographs. They don't, and sometimes "Just don't feel like it". Even with security, some just don't feel safe.
HawaiiEye59 - that should be someplace else, not someone else.
BritBrit247 - Damn, are C's legs insured? I know Rihanna's are for like a million, but Ciara has a sick body... if she hasn't insured them (and I'm not even sure what that means!) I think she should!
Bean623 - What's up with celebs putting on all free concerts lately? Isn't concerts the only way they actually make their money?? It's not like Ciara doesn't have such a big fan base that people wouldn't be paying to go see her!
