On April 18th, 2009 I finally got to meet Actor Sean Astin. When I was a kid growing up in Canada playing football for fun, everyone always wanted to be like Rudy Ruettiger which Sean Astin played in the loveable movie RUDY. Rudy was based on the true story of a undersized football player who always wanted to play for Notre Dame. Sean was attending the Earth premiere down in Hollywood, california at the El Capitan Theater. Sean didn't have that much time for the fans but he did manage to sign for a few before entering the premiere. As Sean was signing a few fans chanted "Rudy" and then Sean stated is there anyone normal!
CelebFotoBug - I don't know why some autograph hounds complained that the Earth premiere wasn't all that good. Looks like a pretty decent group of celebs came over to sign and provided photo opps.
