I spotted the former Governor of New York, Eliot Spitzer as he was hailing a taxi in Manhattan.

Spitzer resigned from the position last year after he was caught in a scandal that involved a high priced prostitution ring.

These photos were taken on the north east corner of 7th Avenue and 51st street.
