Christie Brinkley was seen at the opening night of West Side Story at The Palace Theater in New York City. I was walking through Times Square after just seeing a Broadway show when I saw tourists gathering all over someone. I immediately started running to see who it was. It turns out it was Christie.
There were many police men there trying to control all the fans and tourist but the situation was out of control. All the tourist who didn't even knew who she was wanted pictures with her. She was amazing and took pictures with everyone. Always smiling and never making faces to anyone. She was not in a hurry and stopped for various minutes which resulted in a lot of attention towards her. She was gorgeous and seemed to love the attention she was receiving.
Christie is a legend in the modeling world as she has had the longest contract with CoverGirl and has appear in the cover of over 500 magazines. She has also done acting, perfumes, and the whole deal that celebrities do now a days.
I was surprised to see someone like her being so incredible down to earth and not acting like a total diva. This are the lessons the young celebrities of today's era need to learn.
