A celebrity appearance at a New York Knicks game is not uncommon. A full cast on the other hand is.
I was enjoying the game (although we were losing) when the jumbo-tron showed Chace Crawford and Leighton Meester from Gossip Girl! In between them was Sebastian Stan, Leighton's boyfriend, who is said to appear on Gossip Girl in the near future.
Earlier that day I saw Leighton at the Reebok signing but I was more excited, obviously, to see the gorgeous, Chace Crawford. During halftime, they came right by my seats as I asked Chace for a photo. He was super friendly and enjoyed the attention from the crowd.
After halftime, Chace never came back to his seat, but who did? ED WESTWICK. Now I was really excited. In all my times of seeing the Gossip Girl cast, I had yet to see Ed (who is by far, in my opinion, the best actor on the show). He created such a commotion at the game that the security told him he had to leave. Girls and boys alike were running up to Ed asking for pictures and autographs as if the Knicks weren't even playing. He was even better looking in person - if that is at all possible.
They left early to avoid being trampled by the entire crowd. Definitely one of the more exciting Knicks games!
