I was lucky enough to be a fan before all of the hype of Mr. Zac Efron. Not too long ago he was on a show with Jesse Mccartney called "Summerland". A typical teen angst show. Anyhow, they embarked on a mall tour to show off the members of the cast and let fans meet them.
I waited in line for 10 minutes, yeah that's how small the turn out was! To meet Zac Efron and Kay Panabaker. I got up to him and asked him to sign my picture of the cast, which didn't even HAVE Zac in it, how low budget did that make him feel? Not even featured in the photo, I guess he's the one who got the last laugh, half of that cast is now has beens for the second round.
Check out Zacs youthful look, pre getting the gap fixed in his teeth, however notice he did used to have the hair girls dream of running their fingers through! Zac was very nice to me and everyone else! He was soft spoken and sort of shy.
There's no way I would be able to meet Zac at a meet and greet table with Sbarro pizza not too far from where he's at, in a mall. Could you imagine how crazy the mobs of fans would be for that event?
High School Musical shot him and a few other "unknowns", into the spotlight.. what a difference a few years makes.
