On Friday U2 was appearing at Radio Theater for a live radio show in front or an audience called "Live Lounge".
I went down there and it was crazy! The security for the radio show didn't have a clue what they were doing, obviously the fact the biggest rock stars in the world were coming in the security didn't know how to handle it. I even ended up having arguments with the security as i obviously knew how to do the job better than them lol.. but anyway…
I went down to try and get an album signed for my aunty as she loves them. The Edge was the first to arrive, I was standing where they got out the car and he came over and signed for a few people.
Then the other two members of U2 arrived... they were rude and ran in but hey did anyone care?? They're not even the famous ones!
There was probs over 100 people waiting to get autographs etc and I was saying that there is no way I will meet Bono but someone said he will stop and that he is really nice...
Then Bono arrived and the road came to a stand-still. He got out of his car and I've never seen anything like it, all the traffic stopped people hanging out of their car windows to take a photo of the legend!
He was signing for EVERYONE! I couldn't believe it, he didn't want to leave anyone out! He signed 2 things for me and he carried on signing autographs, and because me and my friends were at the front of the barrier Bono's brother came over and asked if I wanted a photo? I was like "YESSS" so he got Bono to take a photo with me and my two other friends! I was soo excited haha! he looks grumpy in the photo but i guess that's his image?!
Such a nice guy and nice band! No wonder why they are sooooo huge!

mattypop39 - not many actually haha! i go and meet famous people a lot coz where i live its where all the studios and stuff are, and i know where people get out the cars and i know where to stand so i always end up in the best place! No one was in front of me! i wish i took a photo of the people wanting autographs probs over 300 people waiting to meet u2
