One day in March 2006, I went to the "Game 6" movie premiere on West 23rd Street in Chelsea. After the premiere, I went w/ a few friends to stand outside where the afterparty was being held nearby. Bebe Neuwirth happened to show up there; after all, she was in the movie. When I asked her to sign for me, she was more than happy to. "I like your marker!" she told me.
Yeah, my marker was kind of a big, black marker; as black as her hair! Well, the "Cheers" star posed for photographers for almost a minute before she went inside the building. A total class act still going strong after her "Cheers" days, whether it's on the TV screen or on stage on Broadway.
