I spotted Oscar nominated and Golden Globe winning actor Joaquin Phoenix at the Miss America 2009 contest in Las Vegas.
I spotted Joaquin laughing it up and having a blast with the beautiful ladies all around him at the Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino.
I'm not quite sure what is going on with his beard, unless he is auditioning for the next Teen Wolf movie.
