It has been reported that Vanessa Anne Hudgens has purchased her first house at 19 years old.
The home is in Studio City, CA and was purchased for $2.75 million. That is a huge purchase for a 19 year old, but with the huge success of her career, especially in the High School Musical films, she can definitely afford it.
Since her and her boyfriend Zac got more money to make the films after holding out, she definitely had the extra cash to throw around on the house.
The house is also 5,200 square feet, with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. That is a huge house for a teenage star, but maybe she is bringing her friends or family with her.
In any event, she must be thrilled that she owns her own home, and apparently her boyfriend Zac was excited for her.
It has been reported that he purchased for her a $50,000 Luis Vuitton vintage steamer trunk. He was asked about it and said that Vanessa loves Louis Vuitton, but would never spend that much money on herself.
He felt it would be a nice housewarming gift, and said that she would even treat the trunk like a piece of vintage artwork, not as luggage.
That is insane, since people in this country are losing jobs every single day, and the majority don't even make $50,000 a year. Also, some people put down payments on homes that are cheaper than that.
However, that is the perk of being a celebrity, you have enough money to buy things like that. In any event, hopefully Vanessa loves the new house and has a good time living there with her Luis Vuitton vintage steamer trunk.
