A friend and mine were in Vegas to watch the US Mens Basketball team prepare for the Beijing Olympics when we decided to go over and check out the World Series of Poker that was going on at the Rio hotel. We were walking around the room when we saw movie star Shannon Elizabeth just hanging out during a break. Normally she is not very friendly to fans, but we could not resist asking her for a picture. Surprisingly she said yes and we were thrilled. She was right in the middle of a multi-million dollar tournament and she took the time to pose with us. It was a great experience and we got to see some other celebrities and poker players competing.
