When I heard Mr. Assante was going to be the Special Guest, at this benefit dinner..I had to attend! He has always been a favorite of mine..
what a room..full of wiseguys..fuggeddaboudit...photos were taken at Michaels Restaurant, in Brooklyn...

I had the pleasure of talking to him, for a few minutes...how gracious and charming, and sincere he is....I said that my wish for him, was that someday soon..he'd be given a fabulous part, one that would really show off all his talents...he was so pleased, said thank you..and ..kissed me on the cheek...(sigh)...
