"Britney Spears Can Teach Miley A Thing Or Two About Pole Dancing!"When it comes to performers, the name Britney Spears comes to mind. When it comes to pole dancing, Miley Cyrus comes to mind; due only to her recent controversial performance at the Teen Choice Awards.

I was fortunate enough to attend Britney Spears' concert at Madison Square Garden last night, only to witness what appeared to be Britney dancing upon a pole, not once, but multiple times. If the media thought Miley's pole dancing was controversial, let's discuss the fact that Britney has 2 small children who have witnessed her Circus show before.

I see a great friendship ahead for Miley and Britney. One that involves Disney memories, paparazzi game plans and pole dancing lessons.

"K-fed Wines And Dines Current Girlfriend At Cafe Metro"On most days, Cafe Metro is filled with regular people like you and me. But not today. Today, Cafe Metro oooed and aaahed at the "celebrity status" that is Kevin Federline.

As much as I hate to see Kevin Federline go down the tubes - I'm a loyal Britney fan - seeing him today proved he ain't got it goin' on. He looked extremely rotund in what appeared to be a white Hanes tee shirt (as if he can't afford anything else?!). He ordered a Caesar salad while girlfriend, Victoria Prince, ordered a salad herself. Glad to see the happy couple eating something healthy!

K-Fed is probably in town to see his two boys while Britney is performing 3 nights at Madison Square Garden.

"Taylor Momsen Pretty And Reckless In NYC!"When my friend told me he was going to be the drummer for Taylor Momsen's band, "The Pretty Reckless", I was stoked.

Not only is he one of the most talented drummers I know, but to see him performing with someone I've been a fan of for years (yes, I'm a Gossip Girl die hard) was one of the coolest experiences of my life.

He told me they would be performing at The Annex before they kicked off her tour with The Veronicas and before I knew it, I was standing front and center at the performance.

I cannot express my excitement about this show. Taylor Momsen absolutely rocked it.

Although she appears much older in person than her true ripe age of 15, her voice and charisma on stage led the audience by surprise. She carried the show like no 15-year-old I know.

Her songs, mostly dark and edgy, backed up by killer drum and guitar solos, made me believe she will be huge one day.

I cannot wait for her CD to come out and I look forward to her next performance in NYC.

"A New And Improved, Spray Tanned Ed Westwick!"The CW Upfront after party was filled with celebrities. The party was extremely intimate where I had the chance to talk to a bunch of my favorite actors and actresses. When I saw Ed Westwick, my heart almost skipped a beat.

He was just as handsome in person as he is on TV; only difference was his extremely noticeable spray tan. He and his girlfriend, Jessica Szohr, glistened while at the party.

I had a chance to tell Ed how fantastic of an actor I think he is. I also told him, I (along with every girl who loves him as Chuck Bass) wishes he lost his British accent. He laughed and happily took the picture.

I'm looking forward to what's in store for Ed Westwick. I see a very bright (no pun intended) future coming his way.

"Ashlee Simpson Leaves Baby Bronx With Husband Pete Wentz For The CW Upfront!"To conclude Upfront Week in NYC, CW was saved for last. The Upfront was held at the WaMu Theatre at Madison Square Garden.

Celebrities from all the hit shows attended the red carpet and the presentation. I was happy to run into Ashlee Simpson after the presentation ended.

In addition to my comment of how great she looked, Taylor Momsen chimed in saying, "You look fantastic! I absolutely love your shoes!" I do agree, she had some killer shoes on.

Her husband, Pete Wentz, and baby, Bronx, were nowhere to be seen. Later I saw that Pete tweeted that he was watching "The View" in bed. I'm sure he was stuck at the hotel babysitting the little one.

Ashlee will be appearing in the new CW show, "Melrose Place". Coincidentally, "Melrose" will appear after "90210" just as it did in the 90's.

"Birthday Wishes From Above - Angel Star, David Boreanaz"As I was walking on my lunch break with some friends, we happened to notice a man looking awfully similar to David Boreanaz. My friend, a HUGE fan, ran up in front of him to make certain it was him.

Indeed, it was. On a lovely day in New York City, David Boreanaz was walking casually with his manager. I asked him if we could get a quick picture and he kindly agreed.

And if my birthday couldn't get any better, David Boreanaz wished me a very happy birthday. Great way to start the day! Little did I know, his birthday was just 3 days ago!

My guess is he is in NYC for the FOX upfront, since FOX has just renewed his hit show, 'Bones', for 2 additional seasons. All you 'Bones' fans get excited for the upcoming fifth season this fall!

"My First Kiss With Gene Simmons"Alright, so no kissing was involved between me and Gene, but the night heated up once Gene Simmons arrived at A&E's 25th Anniversary Party. He walked in with his wife and former Playboy Playmate, Shannon Tweed.

As expected, Gene was in his suit and sunglasses throughout the evening, speaking only when necessary. Although extremely quiet and reserved in person, he was happy to take pictures with friends and fans alike.

During the event, Natasha Bedingfield performed and Gene seemed to thoroughly enjoy her performance. After the show, Gene, Shannon and Natasha were exchanging numbers. Rumor has it, Natasha approached Gene and Shannon, as she wanted to further their relationship.

A future friendship in store? We will see!

"Natasha Bedingfield And M.C. Hammer... A Couple?"Last night I had the honor to attend A&E's 25th Anniversary Party.

In celebrating the last 25 years, many celebrities were in attendance. The musical performer for the evening was Natasha Bedingfield, and she was absolutely phenomenal!

The performance was extremely intimate and her voice lit up the room. She played a full concert set of her all old her hit songs. If you don't already know Natasha's music, I urge you to take a listen.

After the performance, M.C. Hammer and Natasha were talking for a bit. They seemed to really be enjoying each other's company. Enough so, to lean in for a kiss?

I guess we'll never really know what happened after that party, but it sure was a good time had by all.

"Shawn Johnson Sets Yet Another Record!"Earlier today Shawn Johnson set the record for the World's Biggest Bed Jump!

Along with Shawn, 20,000 people will be joining her throughout the day to take part in the challenge.

This event celebrates the five million free room nights up for grabs, thanks to the Intercontinental Hotels Group. It is a 16 hour event taking place in New York, Shanghai, Paris and London.

Looks like somebody is missing out on rehearsing for the semi-finals of Dancing With the Stars! I was a bit disappointed that I didn't see Shawn do any tricks or flips, but she did get up on the bed to jump with her fans.

Although it wasn't a very PR driven event, the humongous bed in the middle of Bryant Park spoke for itself. The added bonus was Shawn!

After she jumped for a bit, she greeted fans and was happy to take pictures. As expected, she was extremely quiet and shy.

I wished her the best of luck on Dancing With the Stars. I really would love for her to win. Would you?

"Bethenny Frankel Gets Lost At Her Own Event!"Tonight I attended the red carpet event for the TIME 100 Most Influential People. This event took place at Columbus Circle in NYC. Coincidentally, Bethenny Frankel's signing for her book, "Naturally Thin", also took place at Columbus Circle.

After various celebrities walked the red carpet, Bethenny appears out of nowhere walking back and forth, laughing and screaming, "How do I get into my own event?" It was extremely amusing to watch. She wasn't sure how to enter the Time Warner Center. Does she proceed in the back door to her own event or walk the red carpet for TIME's Top 100?

As the crowd screamed her name, she proceeded to walk the red carpet. The photographers seemed pleased as she was not on the list to appear at this event. Just as the title of her book states, she truly is thin. And as her book states, "Naturally Thin".

It was a great moment to witness. Later this evening Bethenny will be streaming live from the Season Finale of The Real Housewives of New York City. I'm looking forward to it, are you?
