LezLo And Sam Reconciling?

A month after their very public breakup, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson continue to spend time together – and some friends predict that the on-again, off-again couple could soon be on – again.

There's good reason to suspect the couple could reunite: Multiple sources say that Lohan spent the night at her ex's Los Angeles home this week.

Meanwhile, Lohan herself told E! News that she and Ronson are "in touch" and remain friends. Also, while Lohan was in Hawaii and Ronson was in New York City recently, Lohan briefly changed her blackberry messenger name to "LL loves Sam Ronson."

One source close to the couple tells, "Sam might eventually take Lindsay back ... It wouldn't surprise anyone."

A friend of Lohan's says this breakup could be like other times in the past. "It's a cycle that can go on forever. Now that things have died down a little and Lindsay is behaving herself and showing Sam what she wants to see, Sam's strength to stay away eases up."

However, one friend tells that Sam has "no plans to take her back."

Another source close to Ronson says a reconciliation won't happen without serious repercussions. "Sam's family will literally lose all respect if she goes back to Lindsay, and that's what's convincing her things are really over," says the source.

"They do text, [blackberry messanger], have visits," continues the source. "Lindsay plays stupid mind games saying she is being pursued by major celebrity actors. She has a lot of free time to play all these childish games."

But Ronson is still torn, adds the source: "Sam knows in her head, life is truly better off without Lindsay – even if her heart sometimes says otherwise."

Allison Iraheta Gets Slashed on Idol

"American Idol" finalist Allison Iraheta has a reason to cry.

The flame-haired 17-year-old high school student from Los Angeles, who crooned Janis Joplin's "Cry Baby" for her rock performance this week, was revealed Wednesday to have received the fewest viewer votes.

Iraheta seemed to take her dismissal in stride, belting out an energized "Cry Baby" reprise then razzing the last three dudes standing — Kris Allen, Danny Gokey and Adam Lambert.

Throughout the competition, judge Simon Cowell chided Iraheta for not showing off more of her personality, but she finally lashed back at the him  on Tuesday.

"He was asking for it," she said.

Before the results were revealed, the final four were joined by this week's mentor, former Guns 'N Roses guitarist Slash, for a frantic rendition of Alice Cooper's "School's Out."

The finalists left in contest are Lambert, a 27-year-old theater actor from San Diego; Gokey, a 29-year-old church music director from Milwaukee; and Allen, a 23-year-old college student from Conway, Arkansas.

This week, the three singers will travel to their hometowns before performing two songs next week: one of their choosing, another from the show's judges.

George Clooney To Testify In Court

George Clooney is one good pal! Not only does the actor invite close friends Rande Gerber and his supermodel wife, Cindy Crawford, on his tropical vacations, he supports the family in court!

With restaurant owner Rande facing sexual harassment allegations from a former employee, George is not standing idly by.

“Multiple witnesses, including George Clooney … will testify that they were with Mr. Gerber for the short time period in question and that Mr. Gerber never kissed or touched any waitress,” a spokesperson for Rande says.

The woman claims her boss attempted to fondle her in September 2008. Cindy and her hunky hubby have been married for ten years and have two children together: Presley, 9, and Kaya, 7.

'Obsessed' takes in $28M

Audiences were in the mood for some fatal attraction action at the box office.

Beyonce Knowles and Idris Elba's "Obsessed" debuted as the top weekend movie with $28.5 million in ticket sales. The Sony Screen Gems thriller stars Knowles and Elba as a couple whose ideal marriage lands on the rocks after a psychotic temp played by Ali Larter begins stalking the husband.

The strong opening for "Obsessed" helped maintain Hollywood's hot streak, with overall revenues at about $112 million, up 23.5 percent from the same weekend last year, according to box-office tracker Media By Numbers.

The busy summer season starts Friday with 20th Century Fox's spinoff "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," starring Hugh Jackman in the title role he played in three "X-Men" blockbusters.

Studios head into summer on a box-office tear, with receipts running at a record pace. Revenues for the year are at $3.06 billion, up 17.4 percent over last year. Factoring in higher ticket prices, movie attendance is up 15.7 percent.

"We have never been in this strong a position heading into the summer season, ever," said Paul Dergarabedian, president of Media By Numbers.
Zac Efron's "17 Again" and Channing Tatum's "Fighting" were neck-and-neck for the No. 2 spot.

With Sunday estimates of $11.7 million, the Warner Bros. comedy "17 Again" had the edge. After debuting in first-place a week earlier, "17 Again" raised its 10-day total to $40 million.

But "Obsessed" had the lure of singer Knowles stepping out from her pop star image and duking it out with the crazy lady threatening her home and marriage.

"There's something about wanting to see Beyonce kick butt. She's taking on one wacked chick, played very well by Ali Larter," said Rory Bruer, head of distribution for Sony. "Let's face it, everyone loves Beyonce, and to see her in this role is a treat."

Rihanna Wants Cops To Return $1 Million In Jewelry

Four jewelers who lent Rihanna approximately $1 million worth of accessories the night of her alleged beating by Chris Brown want their bling back.

Since late March, Rihanna, 21, has been trying to recover the borrowed jewelry from the LAPD, who took the items into evidence in their investigation.

"Since there appears to be no evidentiary value to the continued holding of this jewelry ... we respectfully [ask] the court to order the return of this property to [Rihanna] without further delay," her lawyer wrote in a court request filed earlier this week.

The items were described as two yellow metal hoop earrings with white stones; one yellow metal ring with white stones and green stones; and two yellow metal rings with white stones.

"If the DA doesn't need the items, and the LAPD doesn't need the items, there's no reason why they shouldn't be returned," her lawyer continues.

A source adds that Rihanna also borrowed a Gucci dress for the Feb. 7 Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Party she attended, which also has not been returned.

The owners of the jewelry were going to hold Rihanna liable if the accessories weren't returned, with the total cost and damages related to their late return as more than $1.4 million.

"At this stage, we're not even sure what evidence is going to be entered into the case," DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons says. "For now, we don't have any further comment on this matter."

The LAPD also declined to comment.

Lady GaGa's Got-Got Herself A Man

Lady GaGa is apparently spoken for.

In Touch reports that the "Poker Face" singer has herself a new man, in the form of a 23-year-old Los Angeles entrepreneur named, simply, Speedy.

The two are said to have met on the set of the video for GaGa's "Love Game." According to the magazine, the pair began dating about a month ago, and Speedy expressed his love for his new woman by planting a wet one on her on the Malibu set of her video "Paparazzi".

The next day, the young lovebirds were spotted getting cozy at Katsuya in Brentwood, California, where the two were "all over each other, cuddling in the corner," according to an eyewitness.

"They were just friends for a while, but recently things got serious," says an insider. "They have a lot in common and are totally crazy about each other."

GaGa has even apparently asked her new squire to join her on her Fame tour, which runs through September.

Sounds like the foundation for lasting bliss. And at least this Speedy character will never have to worry about who wears the pants in their relationship.
